Description

A complete harvester for startups and small to medium-sized cannabis companies to automate their cannabis harvest while maintaining high flower quality.

The harvester is based on patented technology from our development and distribution partner, Henry’s Hemp Harvester. The Hemp Harvester 700 mechanism strips the flowers from the stem without damaging them and simultaneously cuts them off. The harvested flowers are deposited directly in a collection container, while the stems remain in the field to decompose as biomass.

Can be operated with smaller tractors thanks to its lightweight design. All drives are hydraulic and can be linked directly to the tractor’s hydraulic system.
Alternatively, emission-free and flexible indoor operation is possible using an electric hydraulic power unit and ergonomic base.
The harvester meets all requirements in the food and medical cannabis sectors.

Aluminium frame – optimised structure

Lightweight, functional design for the integration of all functional modules and hydraulic components, ensuring compatibility with small tractors. A surrounding, powder-coated enclosure ensures safety and cleanliness.

Adapter system

For easy attachment of the harvester using a Euro front loader adapter or category 1/2 adapter and quick-release couplings for the tractor/stator hydraulics.

Flower conveyor system

For fast, safe conveying of the stripped flowers into containers, bags or downstream conveyor systems.

Cutter bar

Integrated and adjusted for optimal cutting height with a hydraulically driven cutter bar.

Saddle chain

Roller chain with fingers for optimal feeding of the cannabis plants into the stripping process.
